This page is a forum for the Governors of the School to communicate with you. You can see who the representatives are on the Governing Body and read any important news from meetings. Governors serve a four year term. Any parent who has children at the School may be elected for a Parent Governor role. Each Governor attends at least six full Governors' Meetings per year and usually sits on one committee. We have the following three committees: Resources, Teaching Learning and Community and Chairs.

Governing Bodies Information

The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and Education Act 2002 strengthened the role of governing bodies by giving them responsibility for helping raise standards in addition to the existing core duties and responsibilities.
