On this page you can view/download a copy of our School Improvement Plan (SIP) which is a working document aimed at improving and developing our school in a range  of areas. The headteacher and the Senior Management Team regularly report SIP  progress to governors at committee and full governors' meetings (see Head teacher reports on the Governors page). Our SIP dovetails with the school financial year (April-March) and links with our budget plan which is approved by governors. Printed copies of our SIP are also available to view from our school office. These contain all subject action plans and subject leaders' annual reports.

You can also find below a copy of the Haywards Heath and Cuckfield Schools Locality Plan which has been submitted and approved by our local authority. This Plan reflects the priorities of the 21 schools (primary, secondary and special) in our locality and shows how as a group of schools we are delivering a range of effective collaborative initiatives. We receive specific funding streams from the local authority to support some of these initiatives.
